Expert review of Wales Millennium Centre
A breathtaking concert hall that boasts stunning acoustics and ornate woodwork; galleries supporting international art and photography; their Ffresh cafe that adores Welsh produce; a chocolate stall that dishes out addictive handmade sweets: Wales’s flagship cultural mega-centre ticks oh-so many boxes. It would be difficult to know where to start... If it didn’t look like a massive metallic armadillo! I admire its imposing, futuristic shell-like architecture every time I visit the bay and its wide range of touring musicals, shows, plays, operas and comedians has given the city a whole new world of entertainment potential. An essential attraction for any Cardiff debutants.
The building is free to enter, shows come at a range of prices.
